If your first purchase isn’t the right fit, you may request a full refund within 45 days of delivery for products purchased directly from our site.

How to Initiate a Return

Just send one message using our contact form with your order number and a few sentences about your experience. We'll issue return instructions and a pre-paid label within 24 hours.

We ask for your feedback because we genuinely read every response and are constantly improving our products. 

Eligibility

Return/refund eligibility applies to the first purchase of a product per customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns/refunds in cases of excessive or abusive refund activity.
